Welcome to Bethesda Lacrosse
Bethesda Lacrosse is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization established in 1989 to provide an outstanding opportunity for players, ages 5-15, to learn and play lacrosse. We have lacrosse programs for girls and boys and we have also developed a year-round Travel Program.
Our objective is to accommodate as many recreational players as possible, while providing top-notch competitive opportunities for advanced players. Our goal is to give our community youth a great lacrosse experience including life-long lessons of sportsmanship, teamwork, and leadership.

posted 05/15/2013 Bethesda Lacrosse is offering two four-day clinics for girls that will strengthen fundamental skills for new players, and focus on stickwork, positional techniques, shooting, and competition strategies for experienced players. All levels of players will be challenged and have fun!
The 6-8th Grade Girls Summer Clinic will be held July 15-18 from 6-8pm on the Lower field at Tilden Middle School (11211 Old Georgetown Road, Rockville, MD). This 4 day clinic will be staffed by professional coaches and is available for players with previous experience and for beginners. Players will be divided up based on experience and/or grade. posted 05/02/2013 2013 BETHESDA LACROSSE SUMMER INSTRUCTIONAL EVENING CAMP:
This camp focuses on both developing individual skills and teamwork. The camp will focus on player position skills, passing and catching, shooting, ground balls, face-offs, defense, offense, dodging and a basic understanding of team tactics. This camp will be coached by a cadre of Bethesda Lacrosse coaches that will include the overall clinics commissioner Sean Willeford.
This will be an intensive 4 day (evening) program that will provide the same skill development that a normal 7 week introductory clinic would provide that is held in the spring or fall.
After successful participation in the summer clinic, players will be eligible to play in the Bethesda Lacrosse League in the fall and will be allowed to register for teams in their age category.
