www.bethesdalacrosse.org as noted below:

1.    Players may compete for only ONE team during the tournament.  Any player found to be playing on two teams will cause a forfeit for both of the teams they participated with.  Any team that uses an illegal player at any time in the tournament will be suspended immediately.  Roster checks will be enforced throughout the day. In addition, coaches can request before the game.  Submitted rosters at beginning of season will be used for player verification, no changes, additions or players not on rosters will be allowed.  Bethesda Lacrosse will have copies of certified rosters for referees.

2.    Seedings for the tournament were determined by division league games only.  (Except K/1st and 2nd/3rd Grade Division-see #3)

3.   K/1st and  2
ND/3RD GRADE DIVISION ONLY- Seedings were done based on the strength of the Teams – as determined by the League Commissioner – based on strength of schedule and results during the regular season.

4.    There will be no stick checks unless requested by the opposing coach, and if the stick is found not to be illegal, the challenging team will be charged a timeout.  If no timeouts remain, a delay of game technical foul will be assessed.

5.    Games will be running on 10 minute running quarters on Saturday and 12 minute running quarters on Sunday.

6.    There will be a “Mercy Rule” for all age groups.   If a Team establishes a lead of 10 goals – the game will be ended by the referee.

7.    Sudden victory overtime will be used to decide all ties in playoff games.

8.    If there are any questions regarding rules, the referee’s decision on the field will be the final ruling.
